Today, Chinese society is regulated by government not by laws indeed. All problems are decided by Chinese officials controlling regime. Officials’ all behaviors surpass laws and cause the absolute power in officials’ hands. And the absolute power is the hotbed and umbrella of corruption. So far, the number of corrupt government officials, the wide scope of corrupt officials and the amount that officials corrupted are unprecedented.
Chinese government spent 30 years on reform and opening-up, though Chinese economy made some achievement, it didn’t change Chinese autocratic regime. Chinese government is an autocratic one-party government that uses violence and lies for a long time and the most untrustworthy government and the most corrupt government. And Chinese people lost confidence in extremely corrupt Chinese government.
Today’s Chinese communist government continues implementing corrupt autocratic regime. Only ending one-party ruling, implementing multi-party democratic reform and building up a democratic constitutional China can restrain corruption. This is the only Chinese communist’s choice.
