Gao, Xiaofeng: Corruption is Chinese Communist’s Incurable Disease
Chinese communist’s autocracy is the unrestrainedly expanding tyranny to do whatever with no supervision. The benefit asked for by this party is over people, over nation and over country, which is so-called that party’s benefit is most important and over anything.
This ‘anything’ is the dainty that Chinese communist can’t eat up. Through power-money trade, party members become rich easily. Behind power-money trade, all kinds of acquirements merge into needs. People have a tacit understanding and take care of each other. This behavior can be normally included in financial expense, which is called hospitality fees. If a small-scale incorporation doesn’t expend a couple million of RMB every year, it means that this incorporation doesn’t make any achievement.
Meanwhile, there is a black box-little private coffer that is independent from small and big different departments and units and not appearing on financial record. It is more convenient for power-money trade. Therefore, in the condition that people collude with each other and form a clique to pursue selfish interest, all kinds of officials at the different levels do whatever gain advantage from both sides at their wills. Any merchants can buy a protecting umbrella through this net of people colluding with each other and become a mammon. Therefore, all kinds of jerry-built projects are formed. During Sichuan earthquake, jerry-built projects caused schools to collapse instantly and ruined so many alive lives. That miserable situation makes people heartrending and unforgettable for ever.
I really hope that these merchants can build a jerry-built project for autocratic incurable regime of bringing Chinese land corruption to make it collapse for not harming people soon.
