Feng, Fei: China must be a Great Country Responsible for Environment Protection.
China established the very loose policy to stimulate economic development and achieved economic speed increasing by over 10 percent yearly. Though Chinese economy developed, environment problems are getting more and more prominent. To pursue high efficient economy, Chinese government loosened the protection on environment and led to deteriorating environmental pollution. China become one of most polluted countries in the world.
Concerning environmental problems, international community and international environment-protecting organizations warned Chinese government, asked Chinese government to pay much attention to protecting environment while paying attention to developing economy, and they also suggested Chinese government to raise investment in improving environment and rigidly control wastewater, exhaust gas and residue and reinforce the legislation on wastewater, exhaust gas and residue. As a economically developed country, China must be responsible for environmental protection.
