Recently, some Chinese government local officials like “prestige project”. They extensively construct city, carry out violent housebreaking and transference to common people’s house. The means those government officials uses are cruel and cunning in variety of ways. There are fire-setting, moonlighting, together in the name of develop the economy, and to subscribe the unreasonable aftercare protocol by imprisoning the elder and children.
Chinese people can endure hardships; they can also take the government’s alleged “overall situation” into account, because they are afraid of the government violence. Some Chinese people expressed that though they are afraid of being facing the violent housebreaking and transference, but what drives them more scary is that they will lose their house and have no place for them to gain almsgiving after the those violent actions. The courthouse frequently does not accept and hear the case when people accuse the government officials. When people come to the government department to reflect the situation, the department just leaves it alone by saying the case is not in their jurisdiction. This is the typical phenomena of ruling by people than by law.
In the process of violent housebreaking and transference, the phenomenon of bureaucrats shield one another and collusion between officials and merchants is very prevalent in many Chinese places. As a China democrat, we hereon strongly claim the Chinese government to abandon violence, to stop the persecution, and to realize nomocracy.
