Liu, Weiguo: No nomocracy exists in CPC autarchy
The CPC autarchy is in a non-nomocracy state. This is fundamentally decided by its autarchic system.
In this state of non-nomocracy, the alleged legal system is restricted by its autarchy, democracy and human rights are both emasculated. The nomocracy is impressive only in appearance; it has become one-party authoritarian tool which tyrannize people, it is a metal sign for crying up wine and selling vinegar. Under this metal sign, CPC can use national army to squash people and put violent reign into practice. In the opinion of autocrat, anything which is in the way of autarchy will be regarded as unlawful action and be definitely eradicated.
CPC’s autarchy outmatches nomocracy, but when the latter one suddenly changes its identity, it then becomes the dissident whom the CPC autarchy is about to annihilate everything which is not “consistent” with the party. As a matter of fact, this is red fear which hangs over the Chinese people. Chinese people are terrified by the sight of it and are dare not go one step beyond the prescribed limit. The so-called CPC legal system has become a empty promise that people can not rely on. And that the CPC autarchy can call white black and take actions at his will, and then it turns into a triumphant overlord.
