Chinese institutional corrupt phenomenon has spread into every corners of China, stroke people’s lives seriously and blockaded economic development and civilization progress. Striking corruption is a new challenge for Chinese government. Chinese society is so corrupt. Is there any connection between corruption and actual system? Where is headstream of corruption? How to eradicate corruption? These are problem Chinese government often holds some anti-corruption meetings and hopes to build up an efficient anti-corruption system, and strengthen power to defend corruption. However, corruption is becoming more furious, and makes China become one of the most serious corrupt countries in the world. Serious corrupt phenomenon’s root reason is corrupt autocratic system. China must change corrupt autocratic system can limit corrupt phenomenon efficiently.
