Zheng, Xiaoli: Carry out multi-party system is a way of opening up freedom of speech

Chinese people have no freedom of speech, although it is stipulated in the constitution that people have the right to speak; actually, this stipulation is exist in name only, is only a trick of theorizing. Freedom of speech stipulated in the constitution is never really implemented at all.
The responsibility of people have no freedom of speech is due to government, because Chinese Communist government doesn’t allow people to release their speech. The government suppresses and supervises forcibly on people’s opinions, and lots of them cannot speak out but keep silence. This is a reason why Chinese society is not stable in the long time.
To solve the problem of people’s freedom of speech has to work on improving social system; to promote democratic political reform in China is a way to ameliorate freedom of speech; the urgent priority is to open up party-ban, implement multi-party political system. China can open freedom of speech thoroughly only in this way.
