Pan, Yang: Create an environment that people owning basic human rights
CCP government always being passive on managing problem of human rights: on the one hand, China wants to show the international society that Chinese human rights is leading to a positive way; on the other hand, Chinese government wants to suppress strong voice of people promoting human rights to disguise all kinds of bad records of destroying human rights; CCP planned to ameliorate Chinese human rights through 2008 Olympic Games to express its sincere of promoting democracy, freedom, human rights and reform; and let international society see the hope for Chinese people getting rid of autarchy.
As a matter of fact, CCP government has drawn a rubber check on the problem of ameliorating Chinese human rights, and it has not fulfill the promise of promoting Chinese human rights through 2008 Olympic Games. There is a saying in China: Better late than never. Chinese democrats appeal CCP government to prove to the international society with practical action that Chinese human rights are ameliorating gradually: Release all of the imprisoned human rights defender, dissidents, religious person and Chinese democrats immediately; open up freedom of speech and media; punish corrupt officials according to law. Create an environment that people owning basic human rights.
