Guo, Jun: What ameliorating human rights depends is on system not promise
Chinese human rights can be said the worse, Chinese people can’t enjoy basic human rights, since CCP government and governmental officials are the rulers of the country. Under such autarchic system, they rule country by themselves in the long run instead of law. People can clearly remember that CCP government ever promised to the international societies that they would ameliorate human rights before 2008 Beijing Olympic Games; this kind of promise indicated that the problem of ameliorating Chinese human rights is counted on CCP government, everything is depends on its words. This is not ruled by law but a form of typical ruled by man.
Till now, the Beijing Olympic Games have passed for three months while Chinese human rights also remain the same. The voices of Chinese people protesting against CCP trampling human rights are getting higher and higher: on the one hand, CCP government expresses that it will ameliorate human rights to the international society; on the other hand, it adopts cruel measures to control people, and continues to arrest and imprison dissidents, human rights defenders and religious person. All of these facts prove that ameliorating Chinese human rights is only depends on system, not leans on CCP government’s promise.
