Wang, Duo: Multi-party democratic constitutional system can protects people’s human rights

The <Universal Declaration of Human Rights> has been passed for sixty years by the United Nations General Assembly, which established human rights core idea of people’s continuance. Every item of the <Universal Declaration of Human Rights> agglomerates the spiritual call for people in the whole world to pursue human rights.
Yet, CCP has nearly controlled Chinese society for almost sixty years while there is no promotion of Chinese human rights; the incidents of human rights being trampled by violence are emerged in an endless stream in every corner of Chinese society. Under the system of CCP dictatorship, the actions of government and its officials are stay out of law, and this kind of autocratic prerogative which is not limited by law and override law is eroding Chinese people’s human rights. The regulations which are regardless of law of CCP group and officials are depriving people’s rights of them pursuing life freely, and trampling and violating people’s human rights.
