Xing, Jinqiao: There is no freedom of speech in Chinese society

The current situation of freedom of speech in Chinese society is not optimistic. A majority of Chinese people pursue freedom of speech over lots of years, and some media workers are pressed and persecuted by CCP government for objectively reporting real current situation of Chinese society, and even be arrested into prison; it is proved that Chinese society is lack of the environment of freedom of speech. It is a necessary for autocratic society that people who live in this country have no freedom of speech.
Under such pressure of autocratic government, people dare not to speak, and different political voices from internet cannot be seen now; media of public comment and report of social focus are more difficult to exist. All of these indicate that the situations of freedom of speech in Chinese society are not promoted; the root for this is CCP’s one-party dictatorship. To reform current political system is a must to ameliorate the freedom of speech environment in Chinese society.
