Liu, Xiaowei: Cannot count on CCP government ameliorating human rights

Everyone is born equally to have human rights; however, Chinese people don’t have them, since Chinese society is a hierarchical autocratic society, the rights of power are from ruling group not from people, therefore, government will keeps his fingers off so long as officials protect the interests of CCP group no matter how they pressure people and deprive people’s human rights. Nowadays, people must break away this group and party culture and its relative ideology if they want to struggle for human rights, and to establish a fair and rational social environment.
Chinese people have ever paid heavy price for struggling for human rights, however, Chinese human rights have never completely promoted; CCP government didn’t review its problems on human rights but condemned western countries’ human rights problems. It is obvious that we cannot count on CCP government to promote human rights. Chinese people have to struggle human rights themselves with sufficient patience and courage.
