Ye, Jinhong: Chinese government is responsible for spreading and obeying <Universal Declaration of Human Rights>
On September 10, 1948, the United Nation passed No. 217A Article, and announced < Universal Declaration of Human Rights>. Sixty years went away, what does Chinese human rights like? The answer is there is no change with its human rights situation.
When each class of Chinese government and officials exercising orders, they often violate people’s basic human rights, and persecute and attack people; restrain democratic personnel, dissidents and religious person. Over these years, some of United Nation members pose bill about promoting Chinese human rights in the United Nation meetings to require the UN to urge Chinese government promoting human rights; when facing the international requirements, Chinese government has no choice but compromising to ameliorate human rights and gradually opening up freedom of news media; also release some dissidents and talk with democratic person.
The Chinese economic development and progress have attracted worldwide attention; however, it is very disappointing on Chinese human rights. Chinese government is responsible for spreading and obeying <Universal Declaration of Human Rights> to truly promote Chinese human rights.
