Da, Shizhou: Democratic system can guarantee people’s freedom of speech

Chinese people don’t have freedom of speech, though some articles about people’s freedom of speech are regulated in the Chinese constitution, they have never been exercised. These literally clauses totally disobey with the reality in the process of implementation, which result in Chinese people are not available to speak. This kind of measure have thoroughly deprived of Chinese people’s rights of freedom of speech. In is obvious that the government should be responsible.
We have to find out the reason for resolving the problem of Chinese people’s freedom of speech, but the current system impedes the opening-up of freedom of speech on the existing Chinese society freedom of speech. Therefore, it is high priority to promote democratic reform and the environment of freedom of speech. The most effective way is to open party limit to exercise multi-party democratic political system to create a better environment for Chinese society’s freedom of speech.
