Wang, Zhenhai: Reform of Chinese society is exercising democratic system
The characteristic of rule-of-man country is government using violence to good people by severely trampling law and human rights. It is very common such incidents of disobeying human rights, for example, CCP regime enclosure movement, break out people’s houses which result in no place for them to go, and also persecuting petitioners. Now, officials’ conflicts in Chinese society are not rare which have become the main factor of attacking CCP regime and shaking its political basis.
Chinese people cannot talk about democratic freedom and human rights; they have no basic guarantee for human rights, no freedom of speech, and no freedom of religious belief.
Chinese governmental officials disobey constitution publicly, and law-enforcer trample law with knowing it. The fundamental reason is that the party is greater than law and outmatches law. The most important reform of Chinese society is exercising democratic system.
