Lv, Yinshen: Chinese government should open up people’s freedom speech
Chinese people don’t satisfy with the restraint of freedom of speech, and they urgently need an environment of freedom of speech, which endows them with the right to express their speech. Nowadays, Chinese people are still live in a society with no freedom of speech, and there are most of them have no clue of what the freedom of speech is, and either, they don’t know how to speak out freely in a democratic country, and even criticize the government or its officials publicly.
Chinese government should draw on the experiences from democratic countries upon how to open freedom of speech and promote the environment of freedom of speech gradually. Chinese people can get more specific and true information if Chinese government gives out some space for people on freedom.
CCP, just like all of the dictators, is afraid of the critics from people, and scare of people’s rebellion. The reason why Chinese government strongly restrains people’s freedom of speech is that the government doesn’t want anything change and keeps on its autocratic power.
