The international community hopes that the Chinese government can improve its human rights situation. It has been once improved for a certain level before the 2008 Beijing Olympics. However, it is not so optimistic in general. In order to defense and excuse for Chinese government’s record of human rights violation, the Chinese government, under the pressure from the international community, has faked and fabricated a series of theory – the Chinese have their own national conditions, and to improve human rights should be premised on this certain conditions,. It is a set of lies of Chinese Government to deceive the whole world. Therefore, it is apparent that this autocratic government will not improve human rights.

The Chinese Government strongly advocates human rights improvement in the international arena saying that human rights situation in China is in progress. However, the fact is in completely opposite. Thus, Chinese people should understand one simple truth: People should fight for their own human rights.   

All of the people should have basic human rights and should not be enslaved by the government, because their basic human rights are God given that no one can take away. It is the only way to promote the progress of human rights in China.
