Members of China Democracy Party are obligated to Defending the freedom of speech
Members of China Democracy Party strongly protest and condemn the unwise practices of CCP totalitarian government over human rights issue. Under any circumstance, a government which treading on human rights of the civilians and disrespecting human rights of others is always unwelcomed by the masses. Fighting for justice and fairness for the disadvantaged, disseminating and spreading the human rights, are the inescapable historical responsibility for our members of CDP, dissenters, as well as those who have conscience.
In a normal country, the nation represents the public welfare for the whole; in other words, the only source of all powers is the will of the general population. Only in an abnormal country, the nation is the ruling tool of those who have the economic and political stake. In such a society like China in which the human rights have been neglected for a long time, to defend for the human rights shouldn’t start from those who has certain status and power; instead, it should start from the ordinary civilians and the disadvantaged who live on the edge of the society. By the time when the rights of every citizen are being solidly guaranteed, power will become the basic practice and concept of a society.
