30 years ago, the Chinese government made a serious mistake in the development of the country＇s economic policy, which is its emphasis on economic development, ignoring environmental protection. Just in 30 years, China＇s ecological environment’s crisis has become so serious that it is in the world＇s most extensive, deepest level, under the greatest impact of environmental pollution and ecological destruction, close to the bottom line of the international security environment. Serious environmental pollution in China has become an important factor in constraining the national economic development, and the serious environmental pollution also increase the difficulty of environmental protection,.
Serious environmental pollution in China become a potential threat for all mankind. Chinese Government, as a developed economy, large and populous country government should be an environmentally responsible government. Strict legislation to implement the environmental protection and the concept of scientific development, promoting universal protection of the environment, raising public awareness of environmental protection, and the effective control to the pollution caused by economic development, are all the best things Chinese government should do.
